I put this on the top of my feet before riding the bike. I believe that the increased circulation to my feet during the bike ride really gets the CBD to the **** receptors because I have very little arthritic **** for several hours after getting off the bike.

Both my wife and I use the 1000mil version for old age joint **** and arthritis. It works reasonably well and it’s safe to use. ************ *********** often have unwanted side effects. CBD cream has none that I’ve found so far. While not cheap, this cream costs less than pharmaceutical products attempting to accomplish the same thing. Note: A small dab goes a long way.
