Return Policy 

  • You may return products within 30 days of when the order was placed to get a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping charges). Shipping charges are non-refundable. This 100% satisfaction guarantee is only applicable for purchases made on www.avidacbd.com and NOT from Avida CBD partners and or affiliates of Avida CBD. The customer is responsible for return shipping. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Devices – You may return unopened products in original packaging within 30 days from which the order was placed, for a refund of the purchase price (excludes shipping charges). Shipping charges are non-refundable. Only qualified, unopened, unused items that are in the original packaging may be returned for a refund (excluding shipping charges). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns Process

  • In order to return a product, you must contact us here or email us at [email protected] to alert us that you will be returning your product within 30 days from the date which the order was placed and request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request. Your item(s) must be returned to us and you will be responsible for shipping charges to us for non-defective returns.
  • Repackage your returned item(s) including all its original parts within reason. Insufficient packing can cause items to be lost or damaged so please do not return your products in a regular envelope. USPS provides free shipping boxes if you opt to return your package via priority flat rate.
  • Include a copy of your RMA email (You’ll get this from customer support) and indicate if you would like an exchange or refund.
  •  Once we have received your approved returned item we will issue a refund to the original form of payment used (excluding shipping charges). Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your bank/credit card.

* If you opted for free shipping at checkout and requested an RMA, actual shipping charges will be deducted from your original purchase price refund.

Warranty Claims

  • If warranty plan has been purchased (only offered on CBD Vape Starter Kit Pens) you have the right to exercise the warranty plan for the device only. The defective pen must be shipped back to us along with any accessories.
  • Avida CBD is not responsible for shipping costs and is up to the customer to ship back.  We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are shipped back to us. Meaning, if we do not receive the defective pen we cannot ship you a replacement pen.
  • If you exercise a warranty claim 1 time within the warranty timeframe purchased (ex: 1 year, 2 year, 3 year etc) that warranty then becomes null and void and can no longer be used. A supplementary warranty service plan must be purchased at a rate of $15.00.
