• You may return products within 30 Days of when the order was placed to get a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping charges). This 100% satisfaction guarantee is only applicable for purchases made on www.avidacbd.com and NOT from Avida CBD partners and or affiliates of Avida CBD. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
• Devices – You may return unopened products in original packaging within 30 days from which the order was placed, for a refund of the purchase price (excludes shipping charges). Only qualified, unopened, unused items that are in the original packaging may be returned for a refund (excluding shipping charges).
• In order to return a product, you must contact us here or email us at [email protected] to alert us that you will be returning your product within 30 days from the date which the order was placed and request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request. Your item(s) must be returned to us and you will be responsible for shipping charges to us for non defective returns.
• Repackage your returned item(s) including all it’s original parts within reason. Insufficient packing can cause items to be lost or damaged so please do not return your products in a regular envelope. USPS provides free shipping boxes if you opt to return your package via priority flat rate.
• Include a copy of your RMA email (You’ll get this from customer support) and indicate if you would like an exchange or refund.
• Once we have received your approved returned item we will issue a refund to the original form of payment used (excluding shipping charges). Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your bank/credit card.
* If you opted for free shipping at checkout and requested an RMA, a $3.75 shipping charge will be deducted from your original purchase price refund.
