The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.
Free shipping is only valid for domestic CONUS orders over $35.00 and does not apply to international orders.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

What happens after my order from AVIDA CBD has been placed?
After your order has been placed you’ll receive an order receipt and by the end of day, you’ll also be emailed a tracking number.
What if my package is Lost or Stolen?
- Packages shown delivered to your address but seems to be missing must report it to us within 2 weeks of placing your order (Domestic Shipping). Once your lost product has been reported to us we will launch a missing item report with the carrier and allow them to track down the package to recover it. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order at no charge to you if the said product(s) are in stock.
- We will not be responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to a customer entering the wrong shipping address upon checkout.
