All orders placed before 11:00 am Monday – Friday will be processed and shipped that day (you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking). Orders placed after 11:00 am PST Monday – Thursday will be processed and shipped the following day (you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking). Orders placed Friday after 11:00 am PST – Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. We currently do not ship on weekends or holidays.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and location of your products.
Free shipping is only valid for domestic CONUS orders over $35.00 and does not apply to international orders.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

What happens after my order from AVIDA CBD has been placed?
After your order has been placed you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
What if my package is Lost or Stolen?
- Packages shown delivered to your address but seems to be missing must report it to us within 3 days of your order showing delivered. Once your lost product has been reported to us we will launch a missing item report with the carrier and allow them to track down the package to recover it. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order at no charge to you if the said product(s) are in stock.
- We will not be responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to a customer entering the wrong shipping address upon checkout.
